Since
the beginning Raymond August (Founder) has developed a management
staff to operate the day-to-day operations of the company. This
management team has worked very hard to maintain the positive image
created by Raymond August. Some of the things done to assure the quality
and appearance of our employees are review of criminal background checks
prior to employment as well as random drug test during employment, in
addition all employees must wear uniforms maintained by a contracted
uniform company. Constant communication is maintained with vehicles by
use of a two way radio system. In 1977 ABM made a decision to
expand our services to include complete building maintenance including
lawn care, window washing, pressure washing, light maintenance and
facility maintenance.
We attribute our steady
growth to the quality of our top management which includes, Lionel
Flot, V.P.-Operations over 25 years in the maintenance industry and
over 20 of those years in management with ABM, Dwight August,
V.P.-Quality Control over 15 years in building maintenance and
management experience with ABM, Sharon King V.P.-Administration
over 15 years in cost accounting with a fortune 500 company and 10 years
in management with ABM, Gregory August, CPA V.P.-Marketing and
Customer Service over 15 years accounting, administrative and
marketing experience and over 9 years with ABM.
